A 60 ha family vineyard on the heights of Valréas, the Domaine du Séminaire is entirely worked in organic farming with leanings towards biodynamics, particularly in the cellar where the lunar calendar is used. Today various grape varieties are grown on the estate to produce white, rosé and red wines: grenache, syrah, mourvèdre, carignan, viognier, roussanne, marsanne, clairette, grenache blanc... The estate is located on the heights of Valréas between 300 and 400 m altitude on clay-limestone and saffre soils (more or less clayey fine sand/sandstone). The wines are very fresh and fruity with melted tannins.

Tasting

This wine from a plot selection on a Saffres terroir will surprise you with the finesse of its tannins and its freshness... A ruby ​​color with a purple tone precedes an intense nose of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant). The palate has a velvety character with the support of melted tannins, a finely fruity persistence.
