Comment

In the south of France in the heart of Languedoc, like a vessel in the middle of an ocean of greenery and vines, the Château de Preignes Le Neuf (Domaine Lasserre) dominates an important domain of a single piece. The vineyard covers almost 150 hectares in a gentle slope on the slopes of Libron, a small quiet stream and charming in summer but which can become furious in periods of strong precipitation. This exceptional terroir located in the middle of the garrigue in the middle of the pines and cists benefits from a climate particularly conducive to the cultivation of the vine, a sunshine supported by the maritime entries of the Mediterranean. These elements associated with the nature of the floors give the terroir of Preignes the new a unique character which is expressed through the wines of the domain.

Tasting

Very attractive wine due to its aromatic palette and its perfect fruit/acidity balance. Grapes from reasoned agriculture. End and delicate with floral aromas. Beautiful nose of honey and ripe fruit, a little vanilla. Beautiful roundness and freshness in the mouth.
