In the South of France in the heart of Languedoc, like a ship in the middle of an ocean of greenery and vines, the Château de Preignes le Neuf (Domaine Lasserre) dominates an important estate in one piece. The vineyard extends over nearly 150 hectares on a gentle slope on the slopes of the Libron, a small, calm and charming stream in summer but which can become furious during periods of heavy rainfall. This exceptional terroir located in the scrubland among pines and rockroses benefits from a climate particularly conducive to the cultivation of vines, with sustained sunshine offset by the maritime entrances to the Mediterranean. These elements associated with the nature of the soil give the Preignes le Neuf terroir a unique character which is expressed through the estate's wines.

Tasting

Very attractive wine with its aromatic palette and its perfect fruit/acidity balance. Grapes from sustainable agriculture. Fine and delicate with floral aromas. Beautiful nose of honey and ripe fruit, a little vanilla. Beautiful roundness and freshness on the palate.
