Comment

The Domaine Le Verger comes from a predominantly argilo-limestone terroir. Alain Geoffroy's vines are aged 20 to 40 and are exhibited in the Southeast. Upon arrival in a vintage, the grapes are immediately pressed in pneumatic presses and the Moûts are set to decline for 24 hours in order to eliminate coarse particles.

Tasting

The dress of this wine is a beautiful pale gold with green reflections. On the nose, it first reveals notes of flowers and then soft scents of fruit. The mouth is powerful with a beautiful mineral note that highlights fruity as well as more vegetable aromas. It also expresses liveliness counterbalanced by a softness. He will agree with crustaceans, oysters, fish terrines or cheeses like Beaufort, county and goat cheeses. Serve between 10 and 12 ° C
