Since 1912, the Grassa family has taken care of the Tariquet estate located in Gascogne in the South West of France. In order to protect the life of the soils and optimize the quality of the grapes, the vines have benefited from reasoned viticulture since the early 1990s. The philosophy of the Grassa family is to preserve, during the vinification, the freshness and the aromatic potential of each grapes harvested on the vineyards of the property. The field has been certified HVE since 2016.

Tasting

Partial farming in barrels gives both power and finesse to this Chardonnay which expresses the fruit. The nose is subtle, of floral character, with notes of fresh butter. The very melted wood does not mark wine but brings complexity to the whole. The mouth is rich, round and full of freshness. Serve slightly refreshed. To savor on all grilled fish as well as on white meats.
