Comment

Since 1912, the Grassa family has taken care of the Tariquet estate located in Gascogne in the South West of France. In order to protect the life of the soils and optimize the quality of the grapes, the vines have benefited from reasoned viticulture since the early 1990s. The philosophy of the Grassa family is to preserve, during the vinification, the freshness and the aromatic potential of each grapes harvested on the vineyards of the property. The field has been certified HVE since 2016.

Tasting

A very refreshing, dry and fruity wine. The wedding of white, Colombard, Sauvignon and Gros Manseng grape varieties offers intense floral notes and citrus notes with beautiful shades of exotic fruits. Serve fresh at any time of the day, as an aperitif, oysters, sushi, seafood, a carpaccio of salmon or beef, a risotto with Saint-Jacques. Also share with friends with a charcuterie tray, grilled fish, seasonal salads or fresh oak cheese.
