Comment

Since 1912, the Grassa family has taken care of the Tariquet estate located in Gascogne in the South West of France. In order to protect the life of the soils and optimize the quality of the grapes, the vines have benefited from reasoned viticulture since the early 1990s. The philosophy of the Grassa family is to preserve, during the vinification, the freshness and the aromatic potential of each grapes harvested on the vineyards of the property. The field has been certified HVE since 2016.

Tasting

A sweet, elegant, fine, round wine, open with a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity. The fruity and the aromas of the grape evolve towards pretty vanilla notes. This over -maturity grape, disputed with the last thrushes, gives a wine that is both rich and powerful, but also very fresh. On the nose it reveals notes of white truffles, in the mouth it is flattering. General impression of balance, fullness. Its spicy character asserts itself. Produced in very small quantities.
