Since 1912, the Grassa family has taken care of the Tariquet estate located in Gascogne in the South West of France. In order to protect the life of the soils and optimize the quality of the grapes, the vines have benefited from reasoned viticulture since the early 1990s. The philosophy of the Grassa family is to preserve, during the vinification, the freshness and the aromatic potential of each grapes harvested on the vineyards of the property. The field has been certified HVE since 2016.

Tasting

First Grives is a round, structured, rich wine, benefiting from a great freshness which energizes the whole and which provides a moment of immediate happiness. The character is exotic and gourmet. This very balanced soft wine, produced at the base of large manseng, native grape in the Southwest, gives way to a very fresh grape final. To share in the aperitif then with a semi-cooked or pan-fried foie gras, spicy and Asian dishes, hard or parsley cheeses, pastries or a fruit salad.
