Comment

Since 1912, the Grassa family has taken care of the Tariquet estate located in Gascogne in the South West of France. In order to protect the life of the soils and optimize the quality of the grapes, the vines have benefited from reasoned viticulture since the early 1990s. The philosophy of the Grassa family is to preserve, during the vinification, the freshness and the aromatic potential of each grapes harvested on the vineyards of the property. The field has been certified HVE since 2016.

Tasting

Charmeur as an aperitif, rosé of a hurry also embellishes tapas, summer, Italian, spicy, exotic cuisine ... A beautiful dress with brilliant reflections, notes of sweet spices evolving frankly towards a gourmet duo of wild raspberries and flower petals. A rushed rosé whose red grape berries are vinified like that of a white wine, which gives it a beautiful freshness.
