Since 1912, the Grassa family has taken care of the Tariquet estate located in Gascogne in the South West of France. In order to protect the life of the soils and optimize the quality of the grapes, the vines have benefited from reasoned viticulture since the early 1990s. The philosophy of the Grassa family is to preserve, during the vinification, the freshness and the aromatic potential of each grapes harvested on the vineyards of the property. The field has been certified HVE since 2016.

Tasting

A grape variety revisited under the leniency of the Gascon sky which wins a new palette of perfume. A characteristic nose on intense and fine floral notes, some mineral shades then a feeling of dominant "wall grains". A beautiful intensity giving way to a lot of finesse and freshness. A real wine of pleasure and gluttony ... Serve fresh. To consume at the start of a meal. As an aperitif, on oysters, tartares or carpaccios of well raised in aromatic herbs (chives, dill, tarragon ...).
