Comment

Jean-François Ott perpetuates with passion and commitment the unique know-how of four generations of artisan winegrowers, with full respect for nature. Motivated by a mission unchanged since the creation of the Domaines by Marcel Ott in 1896, he continues to advance a free and singular vision of the expression of the terroirs of Provence. BY.OTT is assembled and bottled in the new cellar of Château de Selle where a vat room is exclusively dedicated to it. This will guarantee complete control of the blending during storage and the perfect homogeneity of the wines.

Tasting

A crystal clear pale pink color with orange highlights. Fine and fruity nose with notes of white peach and apricot, mixed with passion fruit and mango. Fresh and crunchy on the palate with a nice fullness, we find the fruity characters with the addition of citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon, cardamom). The great tradition of Domaines Ott* rosés serving a jovial and elegant wine.
