Jean-François Ott perpetuates with passion and commitment the unique know-how of four generations of vigrant artisans, in full respect for nature. Motivated by an unchanged mission since the creation of the domains by Marcel Ott in 1896, it was constantly advancing a free and singular vision of the expression of the terroirs of Provence. By.ott is assembled and bottled in the new chai of the castle of Selle where a cooking is exclusively dedicated to it. Tasting

A pale pink crystalline dress with orange reflections. Fine and fruity nose with notes of white fishing and apricot, mixed with passion and mango fruit. Fresh and crunchy mouth with a beautiful amplitude, we find the fruity characters with the zest of citrus and sweet spices (cinnamon, cardamom).
