For white n ° 1, the desire for a large aromatic wine whose power is based on a good structure, promotes the choice of Sauvignon Blanc. A rigorous selection of the plots makes it possible to identify the best qualitative potentials of the terroir and the grape variety. From the culture of the vine to harvest, the winegrowers work closely with the Dourthe oenologists. The film maceration and low -temperature fermentation release all the aromatic richness of the healthy and ripe grape and gives the wine structure and length. A farm on fine lees with stick for 6 months reinforces the balances, the finesse and the intensity of the aromas obtained.

Tasting

n ° 1 white 2020 offers a very aromatic, lively and elegant wine. On the nose, the bouquet has intense citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) supported by an elegant minerality, characteristic of the sauvignon on limestone soil. The mouth, tense, ample and tasty, is supported throughout the tasting by a beautiful freshness. The whole, very harmonious ends on a long aromatic final.
