Eagle Creek Winery is located in the foothills of the waterfall chain, which crosses the state of Washington and northern California. It is the house of Edward and Patricia Rutledge, their cellar and their tasting room. They are proud to produce only higher quality wines. Ed Rutledge, the Eagle Creek vinifier, personally selects grapes from their own vineyard and other exceptional vineyards of Columbia Valley, in the state of Washington. Their permanent commitment to their visitors is to produce world class wines at affordable prices. The Ruby Carbernet is a crossing of Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon developed for the Californian climate, using the warm resistance of Carignan and the finesse of the Cabernet.

Tasting

Very dark red dress with purple reflections. The nose is exuberant, flexible and very fruity. On the palate, it is an elegant wine, quite fleshy with the aromas of caramel and jam. The finish is long, sweet, rich and warm.
