Eagle Creek Winery is located in the foothills of the Cascade Range, which runs through Washington State and Northern California. This is the home of Edward and Patricia Rutledge, their winery and tasting room. They pride themselves on producing only top quality wines. Ed Rutledge, Eagle Creek's winemaker, personally selects grapes from their own vineyard and other exceptional vineyards in Washington State's Columbia Valley. Their ongoing commitment to their visitors is to produce world-class wines at affordable prices. Ruby Carbernet is a cross of Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon developed for the Californian climate, using the heat resistance of Carignan and the finesse of Cabernet.

Tasting

Very dark red color with purple reflections. The nose is exuberant, supple and very fruity. On the palate, it is an elegant wine, quite fleshy with aromas of caramel and jam. The finish is long, suave, rich and warm.
