The Mendoza vineyard is located in the Andes Cordillera, border with Chile. It forms a circle around the city of Mendoza and is between 800 and 1200 m altitude according to the production areas. This altitude allows you to counterbalance the warm and dry climate of the region. The temperature differences are high between fresh or even cold nights and sunny and hot days. This promotes good growth of the plant and the production of quality grapes. The province of Mendoza takes advantage of the Andes Cordillera soils, they are rocky and sandy and well -drained. The vinifications were carried out with the greatest care. Cold premaceration. 10 -day fermentation. Tank farming.

Tasting

Dark dress firing purple. An intense nose marked by wooded notes, spicy and very ripe black fruits. In addition, there are floral aromas, plants then over time, tobacco. A round wine in the mouth, with aromas of rich and soft plum and black fruit, with notes of spices and red pepper. This Malbec has tannins full of finesse and good acidity.
