Barcelona Cava has been produced since the 19th century on the lands of Freixeneda, the “Ash Grove”, a large family property, bathed in sunshine and bordered by ash and oak trees. Cava can be enjoyed in the shade of the trees, while having lunch with friends, or during the hot, long summer evenings. A unique bubble is born. And a name: Freixenet. This is the start of success. Barcelona Cava is quickly exported all over the world. And the traditional family business gives birth to the 1st World Group producing sparkling wine.

Tasting

The first “on ice” cava designed to be enjoyed in a balloon glass filled with ice cubes! Its delicious, intense and fruity aromas and its beautiful freshness make it the ideal companion for your moments of conviviality. To the eye: Bright pale yellow, with a fine and persistent bubble. On the nose: Intense and fruity aromas. In the mouth: Soft and fruity with an elegant length.
