Mia was born from the passion of a young and talented oenologist, Gloria Collell, who wanted to create a sparkling wine that resembles him and translates the spontaneity of her hometown, Barcelona. Helped in her work by Freixenet, a house rich in more than 150 years of know-how in the development of sparkling wines, Gloria was able to realize her dream by creating Mia, a range of sweet and light wines symbol of the effervescence of Barcelona. Developed from aromatic grapes matured in the Mediterranean sun, MIA wines are particularly fruity. A natural aromatic wealth which comes from emblematic grape varieties such as Moscato or Barcelona grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel-Lo and Parellada.

Tasting

A soft and light wine with notes of white flowers, mature apricot pear. To be enjoyed very fresh, struck or "on ice". Ideal as an aperitif with tapas like salmon blinis or melon skewers.
