The Cava of Barcelona was developed, from the 19th century, on the lands of Frexeneda, the "ash", a large family property, bathed in sun and bordered by ashs and oaks. You can taste the Cava in the shade of the trees, having lunch with friends, or during hot and long summer evenings. A single bubble was born. And a name: Freixenet. This is the beginning of a success. The Barcelona Cava is quickly exported worldwide. And the traditional family business gives birth to the 1st world group producer of effervescent wine.

Tasting

Alliance between upper quality and stunning beauty, Prosecco Freixenet is made from the Glera grape, harvested by hand in Veneto (emblematic Italian region of Prosecco). At the eye: a straw yellow color dress with golden reflections. On the nose: a lively effervescence and the aromas of citrus, apple and flowers. On the palate: a net and radiant palace with lemon notes, green apple and grapefruit. The final note is light and fresh.
