Clay-limestone soils. The grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press. The juices obtained are settled cold (8°C). The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated vats at 18°C, it is launched by the addition of yeasts specially selected for their ability to reveal the aromas of Chardonnay and Colombard.

Tasting

Crystalline color of a very pale yellow. Intense and quite complex nose, expressing citrus notes (lemon, lime) as well as a delicate mineral touch. Agitation reveals notes of white fruits (peach). In the mouth, the attack is lively, the mouth is balanced. It reveals aromas of lemon and subtle accents of green mango. This wine will go wonderfully with all your aperitifs and fish in sauce. Serve at 9°C.
