Clay-limestone soils. The grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press. The juices obtained are cold debt (8 ° C). The alcoholic fermentation takes place in the thermo-regulated tank at 18 ° C, it is launched by the addition of yeasts specially selected for their ability to reveal the aromas of Chardonnay and Colombard.

Tasting

Crystalline dress with a very pale yellow. Intense and quite complex nose, expresses notes of citrus (lemon, lemon) as well as a delicate mineral touch. The agitation reveals notes of white fruit (fishing). On the palate, the attack is lively, the mouth is balanced. It reveals aromas of lemon and subtle green mango accents. This wine will perfectly accompany all your aperitifs and fish in sauce. Serve at 9 ° C.
