Clay-limestone soils. The juices from the total bleeding of Grenache vats (it is therefore a very short maceration, in an inert atmosphere from 2 to 6 h), are fermented at low temperature to keep all the delicate aromas of the Grenache grape.

Tasting

Pale pink dress with salmon shards. Expressive nose, it evokes notes of flowers and fresh strawberries. Mouth: A light and fruity wine that reveals delicate aromas of gourmet red fruit. The finish is tasty. Consume fresh (11 ° C -12 ° C) as an accompaniment of summer salads, fried vegetables or your red fruit desserts.
