Clay-limestone soils. The juices resulting from the total bleeding of Grenache vats (this is therefore a very short maceration, in an inert atmosphere for 2 to 6 hours), are fermented at low temperature to preserve all the delicate aromas of the Grenache grape variety.

Tasting

Pale pink color tinged with salmon highlights. Expressive nose, it evokes notes of flowers and fresh strawberries. Palate: A light and fruity wine which reveals delicate aromas of delicious red fruits. The finish is tasty. Eat fresh (11°C -12°C) as an accompaniment to summer salads, fried vegetables or even red fruit desserts.
