Alcoholic fermentation takes place in the thermoregulated tank at 18 ° C, it is launched by the addition of yeasts specially selected for their ability to reveal the aromas of the Colombard and the white UGNI.

Tasting

Pale yellow dress. Complex nose, it expresses the citrus aromas specific to the Colombard grape variety. The agitation reveals delicate aromas of white fruits. The mouth is balanced.
