Prohibition has just ended ... Ernest and Julio Gallo travel the country to sell the grapes of their family vineyard, but what they really want to do is create a cellar. They therefore undertake to read all the books on the vinification at the Local Library of Modesto and learn the profession by themselves. They borrow from Ernest's stepmother to materialize their dream with the creation of Cave E.
