The Central Valley, in the center of California provides all kinds of foodstuffs to almost all regions of the United States. Inevitably, the vine has found its place in this highly productive region. The hot and dry conditions that reign there are conducive to high yields, the majority of the harvest being intended for the bulk wine market. The grapes with high natural acidity, such as white Chenin, Colombard, Barbera and Chardonnay, are the most efficient. Gold Country is a historic region located on the slopes of Sierra Nevada, east of the valley, known for its gold mines which attracted waves of immigrants during the Californian gold rush of 1849.

Tasting

A flexible and fruity wine with aromas of red fruits. Easy to drink, it will perfectly accompany meats, pasta or pizzas.
