The “Hautvallon” brand was created following a consultation around a simple problem. Can we create a wine with a range effect (red/white/rosé) whose main characteristic would be a clever blend of roundness and harmony? The roadmap was simple and it was only after a long journey that we offered our customers the “Hautvallon” range. Tasting

The color is slightly deep and shows a distinguished straw yellow. The nose seems open, its aromatic register is composed of rather cinnamon and citrus notes. On the palate the attack is both evolving and elegant, the whole is melted, and we find the aromatic notes previously mentioned. Soft and structured finish.
