Coming from the prestigious terroirs of Pessac-Léognan, L’Inédit expresses with character and elegance all the singularity of its vintage. Generous, harmonious and refined at the same time, it embodies the nobility and authenticity of the great Bordeaux wines. Driven by a deep passion for the vine and the terroir, the Castaing family perpetuates demanding winemaking know-how. This commitment is particularly illustrated at Château Jaulien, a 9.27 hectare property created in 2004 and dedicated to the production of characterful red wines.

Tasting

The nose reveals aromas of black fruits and fine spicy notes. The palate is balanced and structured, with supple tannins and an elegant finish. Perfect with red meats, duck, lamb and mature cheeses.
