Comment

Coming from the desire of around thirty owners to unite in 1933 to make a large Pauillac, the Pauillac rose is a red wine whose dominant grape variety is Cabernet-Sauvignon, and which is one of the most concentrated wines of the MĂ©doc. The geographical location of the plots, located on the edge of the Gironde estuary and landlocked between the 18 great classified vintages of the appellation, gives it exceptional complexity. A 12 -month farm in French oak barrels carefully selected among the best covers, as well as a typical assembly, ensure it a large capacity for childcare and a remarkable balance.

Tasting

A Gras and dense Pauillac representing the perfect synthesis of the Pauillacais terroir. A purple color dress with purple reflections and a fragrant nose, notes of red fruits and powerful aromas of blackcurrant. On the palate, there is a freshness as well as a beautiful roundness on the structure and the tannins.
