Comment

Coming from the desire of around thirty owners to unite in 1933 to make a large Pauillac, the Pauillac rose is a red wine whose dominant grape variety is Cabernet-Sauvignon, and which is one of the most concentrated wines of the Médoc. The geographical location of the plots, located on the edge of the Gironde estuary and landlocked between the 18 great classified vintages of the appellation, gives it exceptional complexity. A 12 -month farm in French oak barrels carefully selected among the best covers, as well as a typical assembly, ensure it a large capacity for childcare and a remarkable balance.

Tasting

A Gras and dense Pauillac representing the perfect synthesis of the Pauillacais terroir. A purple color dress with purple reflections and a fragrant nose, notes of red fruits and powerful aromas of blackcurrant. On the palate, there is a freshness as well as a beautiful roundness on the structure and the tannins.
