Comment

Las Niñas is a Chilean vineyard founded in 1997 by three Catalan families Dauré, Cayard and Florensa. They quickly transformed this adventure into a Chilean dream thanks to the hard work of the women (Las Niñas), who took charge of planting the vines for three years. Famous Chilean architect Mathias Klotz designed the estate's main building, adding to its fame. Certified organic since 2017 and having obtained Sustainable Wine of Chile certification in 2018, Las Niñas today produces some of the best wines in Chile, the fruit of the passion and dedication of its founders. Grands Chais de France recently acquired the estate. The Casablanca Valley, located 40 km northwest of Santiago in the Aconcagua region, extends over 3,600 hectares. A wine region planted in the 1980s, it produces exceptional white wines, notably Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc. The valley, between the Pacific Ocean and the Coastal Mountain Range, benefits from the Humboldt Current, which provides the freshness necessary for the grapes. The Mediterranean climate, influenced by the sea, and the soils poor in sand and clay, allow slow ripening of the grapes and low but high quality yields.

Tasting

Ella Reserva wines are crafted to highlight the complexity and authenticity of the rich Chilean terroir. Ella focuses on the typicity of each grape variety. This Chardonnay is balanced and fresh, round and persistent. This wine transports you to the unique, magnificent, natural and harmonious place where it comes from.
