Property of one of the members of the Marquis cooperative of Saint-Estèphe, Philippe Guyonnaud, this confidential area of ​​just 9.37 hectares is located on the terroir of Ladouys, one of the most renowned in Saint-Estèphe, and not far from Grands Crus. Among these great vintages we find in particular Lafon Rochet but also the Château Lafite Rothschild which has a plot in AOC Saint-Estèphe. Its vineyard is now made up of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. The breeding is for a part in vats to preserve the freshness of the fruit and the other part in barrels for tannins and roundness.

Tasting

Nice Ruby dress with beautiful intensity with purple reflections. He is brilliant and opaque by his density. Amazing nose by its finesse and fruity with notes of cherries, ripe and blackcurrant. Then arrive fresh notes of liquorice and peppermint. The wine has an attack on power with a square structure and a fruity on the reserve. The finish is all in relief with flavors of licorice and pepper.
