Comment

The Blayais vineyard is full of valleys and hills. The hillsides, perpendicular to the Gironde estuary, are well ventilated and sunny, which promotes a healthy and ripe harvest. The proximity of water tempers the strong solar exposure (240 days of sunshine per year). The climatic and geological conditions of the terroir dictate the majority of grape varieties: these predominantly clay-limestone soils have a strong affinity with Merlot.

Tasting

A deep and soft color, a flattering nose, a floral note developing cherry aromas. A full, round and very ample mouthfeel, with beautiful supple tannins characteristic of the vintage.
