The Bordeaux "Les Hauts de Goëlane" comes from a rigorous selection of the terroirs located in the region of Entre-deux-Mers on pretty valleys which promote planting in hillsides, where there are mainly clay and gravelly soils. Vinification is traditional, where wine is fermented and macerated. He then undergoes malolactic fermentation before breeding in oak barrels for 6 months, which will release his tannins and allow to optimize its conservation while improving it.

Tasting

A wine from a pretty red dress sustained with rather ruby ​​shades. The nose develops aromas of black fruit on a discreet and melted vanilla note. It has a good structure and presents itself as a round and delicately wooded wine. Agreements: red meats and small feathered games.
