Since 1705, the Malet Roquefort family has been present in the famous Château La Gaffelière, 1st Grand Cru Classé in Saint-Emilion. Heir to the property in 1958, Count Léo de Malet Roquefort did not stop working to reveal all the potential. In 1999, during a passionate discussion on wine and the terroir to which they are so attached Léo de Malet Roquefort and his son Alexandre expressed a common desire: being able to transmit and share their love of the Bordeaux vineyard, and more specifically that of Saint-Emilion through a product accessible to all amateurs. It’s since the family that the adventure continues.

Tasting

of an intense garnet dress, it presents on the nose of the perfumes of purple, red fruits, a vanilla, finely spicy touch. The mouth is ample, fleshy, balanced, with melted wood and with silky and coated tannins. The finish is persistent and fruity.
