The Jarlotiers are those who carry the jarlots on their back during the harvest. This wine is a nod to these men and women. Nestled in a plain on the banks of the Aygues, the vine appeared in Antiquity with the wine amphorae workshops. Today, it stretches as far as the eye can see. The Côtes du Rhône Villages Sainte-Cécile appellation has three cooperative cellars and fifteen private cellars, all committed to a quality approach that began many years ago. Around 30% of the vineyard is cultivated organically. The vines spread out over the broad plain, covering it almost entirely. Omnipresent, it occupies all free surfaces, licking the first walls of the villages. Depending on the season, it weaves long rectilinear wefts, like a colorful carpet. A soft green in spring, a dark green in summer and finally, pretty golden hues in autumn.

Tasting

Beautiful intense ruby ​​color. Aromas of ripe red and black fruits with a touch of spice. Powerful, aromatic on the palate, with beautiful substance, complexity and silky tannins. To be enjoyed with duck, rack of lamb or stew.
