This Pinot Noir, selected from the best territories of the Pays d'Or, benefits from the Protected Geographical Indication. Pinot Noir is a black grape variety with thin skin, which produces wines that are light in color with silky tannins. The Pays d'Oc, with its Mediterranean climate, allows this grape variety to find its balance for good maturity and thus reveal delicate aromas. Produced from a blend of traditional vinification and thermovinification, this Pinot Noir is the typical expression of its grape variety. Tasting

Ruby red color. Intense aromas of red and black fruits. Round and supple on the palate, silky attack on the fruit while being delicious. Fine and fruity, delicately woody, notes of cherries, wild raspberries, spices. Very good balance between the fruit and the structure of the wine.
