Tasting

On the nose, this wine offers a diversity of aromas ranging from fresh red fruits (blackcurrant, cherry). On the palate, it is rather round, with assertive but delicate tannins. Its freshness and fruity suppleness, accessible, are ideal for your dinner aperitifs of fresh and savory tapas, a brunch with soft-boiled eggs with herbs, mushrooms stuffed with shrimp and fresh cheese with chives, roasted fish, roasted vegetables with feta, spinach and ricotta ravioli, lemon chicken and goat cheese. Serving temperature: 14°C
