Since 1925, Maison Giambagli has embodied the family value and passion for rosé, dedicatedly preserving the legacy of its founder, Settimio Giambagli. Under the direction of Raymond and Christine, tradition and innovation come together harmoniously, thus perpetuating the know-how of the house. Between land and sea, U Capu Bianco ("Le Cap Blanc") combines in a perfect balance the Mediterranean freshness of its soils and the authenticity of its grape varieties. Surrounded by a mountain setting, the soil is a mixture of recent alluvium and shale scree. Originally from Corsica and renowned for its aromas of red fruits and its spicy character, the Sciaccarellu grape variety embodies the sunny spirit and liveliness of this Mediterranean island. As for Grenache, an emblematic grape variety from the south of France, it seduces with its generosity and its intense bouquet of ripe fruits.

Tasting

The dress features a most attractive pale pink. The nose is subtle and nuanced, we appreciate the freshness of the first citrus notes and the finesse of white pepper. On the palate, the attack is suave, followed by powerful notes of sunny citrus fruits. An ideal wine to share a moment of conviviality around a platter of seafood, fish ceviche, or more exotic dishes such as a vegetable curry, an eggplant moussaka, a mango carpaccio...
