Degrees 13.5 % vol. It is never an easy thing to draw the contours of a so -called "mono grape" cuvée. Our choice naturally turned to the Merlot, a grape that we know well in Girondin soil. At full maturity this grape can offer structured and aromatic wines. It was only after a long research and consultation process that we were able to create this "Merlot" selection. After several years of distribution, success is still there, we have made this wine a must in our range.

Tasting

The color is rather dense and offers an attractive aromatic palette (cinnamon, moka, blackcurrant). Its attack is flexible, it can be described as "tender" and "harmonious". The evolution on the palate reveals notes of roasting and red berries. Its finish offers its share of rejoicing, in fact, the fruit remains and its intensity is rather pleasant.
