Degrees 13.5% vol. It is never an easy thing to draw the contours of a so-called “mono varietal” cuvée. Our choice naturally turned to Merlot, a grape variety that we know well in Gironde. At full maturity this grape variety can offer structured and aromatic wines. It was only after a long process of research and consultation that we were able to create this “Merlot” selection. After several years of distribution, success is still there, we have made this wine a must-have in our range.

Tasting

The color is rather dense and offers an attractive aromatic palette (cinnamon, mocha, blackcurrant). Its attack is flexible, we can describe it as “tender” and “harmonious”. The evolution in the mouth reveals notes of roasting and small red fruits. Its finish offers its share of enjoyment, in fact, the fruit remains and its intensity is rather pleasant.
