In 1887, love and passion for earth brought the Master Vigneron Francesco MIONETTO to open a cellar in the slightly hilly hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco vineyard. During its century of history, Mionetto has erected in flagship of the region and has become one of the main actors in prosecco production on the international scene. The Valdobbiadene vineyard consists of plots of vineyards as far as the eye can see that extend over soft and hilly hills. Its climate is generally temperate: in the north, the region is protected by the Alps. To the east, it is warmed by the winds of the Adriatic Sea which reduce the temperature in summer and offer precipitation promoting good growth of the vines. At the end of summer, the region was marked by large temperature differences between day and night allowing aromatic substances to develop in grapes as it matures.

Tasting

This sparkling prosecco is distinguished by creamy and persistent bubbles that combine acacia scents with generous notes of Golden apple, pineapple and orange. The palace is both soft, velvety, sparkling and dry.
