Two sisters, Giuseppina and Maria, and two brothers, Gaetano and Domenico put into practice the teachings of their grandfather Giuseppe, for whom respecting nature and its time means preserving the traditions and authenticity of the true values ​​of life: their wines are a tribute to authentic conviviality, that which we feel when we find ourselves around a typically Sicilian table: love, good food, smiles, dialogue, serenity. The winery, which has always been at the forefront of respect for nature and the environment, practices ecologically sustainable viticulture: each vineyard is cultivated taking into account the specific composition of the soil, the season and the methods most appropriate natural ones. Promoting the biodiversity of historic vines makes it possible to maintain the organoleptic values ​​of the final product. The “Teste di Moro” range of which Kàrima is a part is a tribute to the Moorish roots of the territory, and offers wines with a strong and passionate character.

Tasting

With a straw yellow color that seems to recall the colors of Sicily, this wine has an aroma of flowers and citrus fruits, a lively mouth and a soft finish.
