With the grouping of Louis Vallon and Sauveterre-Blasimon-Espiet cellars, the Union has 300 families who recognize themselves, above all, as such. For this reason, they have chosen to rename the company "Bordeaux Families". Like the grapes of the same cluster. The mission of Bordeaux Families is simple and complete: producing and raising vineyard wines with cellars, and marketing these wines, in bulk or bottled.

Tasting

"Lighthouse of the Ferret" alone symbolizes these friendly moments with friends during the summer. These pleasures where we accompany our grills and salads with a frank and charming rosé. At first, it is a slightly salmon and shiny dress that is offered to us. The nose shows an overall harmony. Indeed floral spikes and red fruits seem to emerge. On the palate, the attack reveals a flexibility wine to us and having a gourmet and lively fruit. Its final is not to be outdone, it offers minerality that delicately balances the whole. This rosé will be the master card to accompany your dishes with Mediterranean accents, your summer salads, without forgetting your grills. Special mention for Plancha prawns.
