Tasting

To the eye, R of Ruinart is characterized by his shimmering, yellow and gold dress. The first nose gives off subtile fruity notes of reinette and apricot apple, as well as cold hazelnuts and almonds. A touch of complexity is added with touches of elderflower and coriander seed. The second nose then gives way to intense scents of brioche and cookie. Soft aromas of yellow fruits, plum pie and ripe nucleus fruit prove in the mouth. A harmonious and persistent roundness envelops the palace. The final note reveals the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay.
