Tasting

To the eye, R de Ruinart is characterized by its shimmering, yellow and gold color. The first nose releases subtle fruity notes of pippin and apricot, as well as hazelnut and fresh almond. A touch of complexity is added with touches of elderflower and coriander seed. The second nose then gives way to intense scents of brioche and biscuit. Sweet aromas of yellow fruits, plum tart and ripe stone fruits are revealed on the palate. A harmonious and persistent roundness envelops the palate. The final note reveals the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay.
