Degrees 11 % vol. Edulcoration: 28g of sugar per liter. Roche Mistral is a range consisting of a red and a rosé. The singularity of this range lies in the fact that the latter has a slight "edulcoration", that is to say the assumed choice of adding a dose of sugar to our selection. Initially planned for an export market, this strong choice and our rigorous selection allowed us to develop an easy and pleasant wine, presenting a most appreciable roundness.

Tasting

The dress is clear to mandarin and pomelo shades. The nose plays the citrus card or are born in turn notes of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee. The mouth is just as attractive, it offers its procession of thin "exotic" points oscillating between mango and pineapple. It is a flattering and non -exuberant rosé.
