Degrees 11% vol. Sweetening: 18g of sugar per liter. Roche Mistral is a range consisting of a red and a rosé. The uniqueness of this range lies in the fact that it presents a slight “sweetening”, that is to say the assumed choice of adding a dose of sugar to our selection. Initially intended for an export market, this strong choice and our rigorous selection allowed us to develop an easy and pleasant wine, presenting a most appreciable roundness.

Tasting

Beautiful garnet color for this red Roche Mistral. The nose turns out to be “expressive”, oscillating between “red fruit” and “licorice” notes. It is an olfaction full of nuances that can be described as “delicate”. On the palate the attack is supple, without aggressiveness, it rewards us with notes of redcurrant and again liquorice. The finish is round and velvety.
