Degrees 11% vol. Edulcoration: 18g of sugar per liter. Roche Mistral is a range consisting of a red and a rosé. The singularity of this range lies in the fact that the latter has a slight "edulcoration", that is to say the assumed choice of adding a dose of sugar to our selection. Initially planned for an export market, this strong choice and our rigorous selection allowed us to develop an easy and pleasant wine, presenting a most appreciable roundness.

Tasting

Beautiful garnet dress for this red Mistral rock. The nose is "expressive", oscillating between notes "red fruits" and "liquorice". It is an olfaction all in nuances that can be described as "delicate". On the palate the attack is flexible, without aggressiveness, it gratifies us with redcurrant notes and again liquorice. The finish is round and velvety.
