Tasting

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is characterized by a beautiful pale yellow color with golden and green reflections. The finesse of the effervescence is persistent. On the nose, the bouquet is intense and reveals aromas of fresh fruits such as citrus and exotic fruits reminiscent of pineapple. After aeration, floral aromas are expressed with notes of lime blossom, then white peach. On the palate, the attack is supple. The mouth is round and harmonious. It excites the palate with its voluptuous texture supported by a beautiful freshness. The finish is mineral.
