Joel Duffau embodies the 9th generation of winegrowers from his family. It was on the village of Moulon, located on the left bank of the Dordogne, opposite the Saint-Emilion plateau, that he created this area in 1985, after studying in wine and internships carried out in France and abroad, especially in Rioja and California. From his trips and meetings, he has kept the taste for discovery and questioning, which allows him to develop, from vintages to vintages, vineyard culture and vinification techniques in order to produce ever more pure and expressive wines. He and his wife Sandrine notably turned to organic farming to continue to advance their wines. The small: lighter bottle, plastic without plastic, cap from durable forest, recycled label paper.

Tasting

A singular, atypical and captivating cuvée! Malbec makes a remarkable appearance. The overall balance is famous and distinguished. Deep and sustained dress. The nose is powerful and suggests notes of ripe fruit. The attack is flexible and full, the structure reveals a convincing burgundy. The final is sweet and long.
