Bring pleasure and share it to others. It was in a way the philosophy that has animated the Sauvion family for 4 generations now. Thus, it is readily defined as "shamers of pleasure", which, each year, likes to present new flavors to oenophils. The AOC Chinon is located in the heart of the Loire Valley and extends over 18 municipalities and represents 2,300 ha of vines. A dominant limestone argilo, vine planted on the hillsides and hillsides. The maceration lasts 20 days, in order to bring out all the aromas of the grape variety and to have a beautiful color, without having a stifling wine. Malolactic fermentation is carried out, which allows to have a round and slightly milky mouth. Tank elevation for 4 to 8 months so that the aromas rounded off and take a little maturity.

Tasting

Ruby red dress, quite intense. Expressive nose, notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, but also a little compoted. On the palate, this wine full of youth has a tonic, elegant and aromatic structure. Very round mouth easy to drink.
