Bring pleasure and share it with others. This is, in a way, the philosophy that has driven the Sauvion family for 4 generations now. Thus, it readily defines itself as “pleasure shapers”, who, each year, delights in presenting new flavors to oenophiles. The AOC Chinon is located in the heart of the Loire Valley and extends over 18 communes and represents 2,300 ha of vines. Predominantly limestone clay, vines planted on the hillsides and foothills. Maceration lasts 20 days, in order to bring out all the aromas of the grape variety and to have a beautiful color, without having a stuffy wine. Malolactic fermentation is carried out, which gives a round and slightly milky finish. Aging in vats for 4 to 8 months so that the aromas round out and take on a little maturity.

Tasting

Ruby red color, quite intense. Expressive nose, with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, but also a little compote. On the palate this wine full of youth has a tonic, elegant and aromatic structure. Very round mouth, easy to drink.
