Between the Sea of ​​Taranto and the heights of the Itria Valley lies San Giorgio, a small village part of the Primitivo di Manduria DOC region. Here, for four generations, tradition, experience and passion for wine have been passed down. An indissoluble bond exists between the Papadopoli family with their land and with each of the indigenous varieties they cultivate. The objective is to preserve their typicality and their characteristics in order to highlight them and never distort them. Minimal intervention in the vineyard and targeted refinements in the cellar preserve the aroma and scents of the grapes from which their wines are made.

Deep ruby ​​red color. A full and elegant Primitivo, which will seduce you with its complex aromas of typical red and black fruits, its dense and fruity palate with balsamic notes, and its pleasant, soft and well-defined tannins.
