The Montecchiesi domain has belonged to the Dalcero family since 1980, when the Giuseppe and Dario brothers, son of the founder Augusto, attracted by the great Tuscan wine tradition, decided to devote themselves to the production of great red wines, in an area of ​​excellence for this type of wine. To acquire this area, they had to separate themselves from part of the domain they had inherited from their father. Convinced of the wine potential of Cortona, they decided to plant new varieties of vines in addition to the existing blood, by specializing in the grape which turned out to be particularly suitable for this land: Syrah. Thanks to the insight and skills of the DAL CERO family, the area of ​​the vineyard has been multiplied by ten.

Tasting

Apparently pale pink, the wine opens on striking notes of crunchy berries, such as wild strawberry and redcurrant. There are chilly notes on a bulky and delicious mouth, with a hint of lively acidity and earthy minerality, which evolves towards a long finish. Conclusion, Miralý is an elegant and intriguing rosé.
