Comment

The town of Cayafate, located in the Calchaquies valleys in the Andes, offers unique conditions for the production of Torrontés, providing it with optimal expression. The ideal climatic conditions enhance the floral profile of the grape variety while maintaining a freshness on the palate provided by the altitude and soil of this terroir.

Tasting

A transparent, shiny color, greenish in color with yellow reflections, typical of Torrontés. Medium to very intense on the nose. A floral bouquet dominated by orange blossom, white flowers and rose with notes of ripe peach and pineapple. A nice acidity on the palate. The wine is slightly spicy with a very pleasant finish. This wine will be enjoyed very well with spicy or milder dishes, lightly seasoned cheeses, cucumber or orange salads, apples, and mango. It goes very well with white fish, grilled, or cooked with lemon or garlic.
