At the foot of the Massif des Maures, in Vidauban in the Var, Château Cavalier shines. Its 132 ha vineyard in one piece, naturally delimited by the woods which surround it, is crossed by the Cavalier stream which contributes to the natural irrigation of the vines. The ripening of the grapes is slow thanks to cool nights, the mists hovering above the vineyard bear witness to this every morning... Terra Vitis certified since 2012, Château Cavalier is committed to sustainable development: working methods that respect people. and its environment to better manage the vines and protect life. The blend of great southern grape varieties to which Cabernet-Sauvignon is added make Cavalier a true gastronomic rosé.

Tasting

Lychee color, very pale with a beautiful shine. Nose of fresh citrus fruits, exotic fruits, small red fruits, notes of pears. Aromatic and lemony taste. Complexity with a finish with notes of citrus, red and yellow fruits.
